Birth Doula

All doula services are personalized to meet the unique needs of each family. A brief 10-15 minute interview is available to determine if we are a good match.
Services include:
Prenatal Visits
Two prenatal appointments are recommended to discuss the birth plan, comfort measures, postpartum plans, and more, typically scheduled around 25 and 36 weeks.
On Call Service
I offer 24/7 on-call support from 36 to 42 weeks during your birthing period, ensuring that I am available whenever your baby is ready to join your family.
Delivery
Ongoing and continuous support throughout the entire birthing process, no matter when or where it occurs.
Contact
You can contact us anytime, day or night, via phone or text during your pregnancy and the first few weeks after delivery. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns you may have.
Postpartum
A postpartum visit should be scheduled within the first 2-3 weeks following birth, unless postpartum doula services are included.

Postpartum Doula Packages
All postpartum doula services are personalized to meet the unique needs of each family. I offer different packages to better accommodate and support most price points.
Current rate is $35/hour (7:00AM-8:00PM) but to be specified on contract.
~Minimum 3 hour/day shifts
20 hours
$700
Experience 20 hours of postpartum doula support designed to assist you. This package is ideal for parents welcoming their second (or more!) child, helping you find your footing after bringing home your new little one.
40 hours
$1,400
Experience 40-45 hours of postpartum doula services designed to support you. This package is ideal for first-time parents or anyone seeking additional nurturing during this special time.
60 hours
$2,100
Experience 60 hours of postpartum support designed to assist you.
This service is ideal for parents who have faced previous challenges during the postpartum period, parents of multiples, or anyone in need of additional emotional and physical assistance.
Hourly
May you weren't planning on hiring and you just need some extra support for a couple weeks. I am opening to discussing hourly options.
